Marshall Boyd

Mr. Boyd is Co-President of IEC, a west coast focused, fully integrated, direct owner operator of multifamily assets. As President, Mr. Boyd is responsible for strategic direction of the firm as well as leading the institutional investment portfolio including origination of new transactions and asset management. Mr. Boyd has been involved in the firm’s past five funds and led the disposition of its institutional portfolio in 2007. During his tenure at IEC, Mr. Boyd has held the roles of Institutional Investment Manager, Vice President and President.

Prior to joining IEC, Mr. Boyd worked on the investment team at TA Associates, a private equity fund with $16 billion under management. Prior to this he worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston & Pacific Growth Equities. Marshall holds a Bachelors degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish from Middlebury College. Mr. Boyd is a member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Boyd is on the Board of Concert Golf Partners, a golf resort focused real estate private equity firm as well as an active member of the Guardsmen, a philanthropic organization in San Francisco.
