Mr. Boyd is responsible for managing IEC’s Institutional investors including raising capital, acquisitions, dispositions, and investor relations. Mr. Boyd serves on IEC’s Board of Directors.

Prior to joining IEC, Mr. Boyd worked on the investment team at TA Associates in Menlo Park, a private equity fund with $10 billion under management. Prior to this he worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston & Pacific Growth Equities. Marshall holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Middlebury College.
