The International Building consists of 108,621 net rentable square feet of office (46%), retail (13%) and athletic club space (41%) situated in the heart of the Denver Central Business District. The building is a 10-story structure including a basement and roof structure that contains a basketball court for the health club. It was built in 1978 on the foundation and structure of a 2-story building designed with a 10-story capacity. The current structure does not include 19,139 square feet of future floor space, which is currently undeveloped to accommodate the special use of high-ceiling areas by the athletic club tenant.

The property is located one-half block from the famous 16th Street Pedestrian Mall and the recently completed Denver Pavilions, a 411,000 square foot shopping and entertainment complex complete with 320,000 square feet of structured underground parking.
