IEC is a fully integrated real estate operating company with an in-house property management company and repositioning team. The firm is wholly owned by the Boyd family. IEC has acquired over 80 separate commercial properties. IEC simultaneously invests capital from high net worth individuals, institutional investors and joint venture partners. All properties are managed, maintained and leased by the IEC team of about 75 employees..
